Overturned Truck NJ Turnpike 7A Ramp to I-195 West Bound At “The Spot”

ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)–A semi-truck has overturned on the Exit Ramp from the NJ Turnpike 7A exit to Interstate 195 Westbound Exit 6 also nicknamed as “The Spot” around 11:50 am this morning.

The Robbinsville Township Police Department, Robbinsville Township Fire Department and EMS were sent to the scene and treated an injury. NJ State Police are on scene investigating. There may be temporary ramp slowdowns and closures until the tractor trailer can be up righted and towed away. Other units were dispatched to the scene because of the initial reports of entrapment but were recalled.

“The Spot” got its name prior to the NJ Turnpike improved warnings and adjustment during the widening of the Turnpike years ago due to the numerous overturned vehicles at that location.
