4 Injuries In S. Broad St. Crash, Suspect Fled Scene Captured After Foot Pursuit

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)–Two cars were involved in a crash at South Broad Street and Highland Avenue just before 6:30 Friday night. Hamilton Fire Departments responded to the scene and performed a “door pop” to free a patient from one of the vehicles. One of the accused in the crash fled the scene on foot into the wooded area on Highland Avenue. The accused was apprehended at Grand view and sodden after a foot pursuit

There were four reported total injured and Robert Wood Johnson EMS transported three to the hospital, one person refused medical care.
