Troopers Stop Car, Arrest 3 and Seize $4,300 of Drugs On I-195

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ (MERCER)–The New Jersey State Police have arrested Sean Fitzgerald, 20, of Litchfield CT, and Jahseem Sanders, 22, and Juwan Seaton, 23, both of Philadelphia, PA, and seized $2,000 worth of marijuana, $300 worth of ecstasy, and $2,000 worth of hallucinogenic mushrooms during a traffic stop in Robbinsville Township, Mercer County.

On Thursday, October 1, at 10:29 a.m., Trooper Anthony Ferretti stopped Fitzgerald for a traffic violation at milepost 7.9 eastbound on Interstate 195. During the stop, Tpr. Ferretti discovered that Fitzgerald and his passengers, Sanders and Seaton, were in possession of marijuana, ecstasy, and hallucinogenic mushrooms, and arrested them without incident.

Sean Fitzgerald, Juwan Seaton, and Jahseem Sanders were charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Sanders was additionally charged with possession of prescription legend drugs. Fitzegrald, Sanders, and Seaton were charged and released pending a future court date.

Charges are mere accusations, and the accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.
