HAMILTON (MERCER): On January 5, 2021, Hamilton Police Units were dispatched to Veterans Park North, for a suspicious person investigation. Officers were met by a 28 year old female, who advised officers that while she was running in the park, she was approached by a black male that exposed his genitalia in her direction as she passed by him.

Responding officers located a suspect in the park, matching the description as given to them by the victim. Officers identified the suspect as 20 year old Trenton resident, Zachary Dunn. Through follow up investigation, Zachary Dunn was arrested and charged with Lewdness.

Investigating officers also learned that a second female (Juvenile), was approached on this same date, but only had a short verbal interaction with arrestee Dunn.

Every defendant is presumed innocent until being found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
