8th Annual Latino Festival of Hightstown-East Windsor Held Yesterday

HIGHTSTOWN, NJ (MERCER)–The 8th Annual Latino Festival of Hightstown-East Windsor was held yesterday and even Governor Phil Murphy stopped by the event. The festival is a celebration of the arts and cultural traditions of Latin America and the Caribbean; raffle prizes, dance and musical performances, local artists displaying their work, lots of delicious Latin food and so much more was had.
