EWING TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)–At 11:05 a.m. Ewing Township firefighters were sent to the first block of Tall Tree Court for a reported fire on the second floor of a home. Chief 31 arrived at 11:09 a.m. and reported smoke on the 2nd floor of the right side of the building, all occupants were out of the house but there were reports of pets inside. Firefighters advanced two hand lines to the second floor and quickly extinguished the fire, bringing the fire under control at 11:18 a.m. The Mercer County Fire Marshal responded and conducted an investigation, the investigation was completed at 1:17 p.m. No further information is available at this time.
