HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)–The Hamilton Township 2022 Saint Patrick’s Day Parade brought thousands of people out to see the parade for the first time since 2019 due to the pandemic. Hamilton Township’s Saint Patrick’s Day parade committee chose Gerard Sheridan as the Grand Marshal of today’s parade as well as Nicole Brown, a senior at Steinert High School East as Miss St. Patrick. Today’s parade was filled with colorful floats from different businesses and organizations around the area. People of all ages came to enjoy the parade including a wide aged grandmother and her granddaughter of an age gap of 90 years, as well as Randy Jarvie dressed in a very festive suit and tie. Hamilton’s very own Irish pub Killarney’s Publick House brought out a show with their float and energetic group of people to the parade today. The parade committee thanks the sponsors, business, and community members who came out today to watch the parade, as well as the Hamilton Police Division, and Hamilton Dept. of Public works for making sure everything ran smoothly and was safe.
