ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP, NJ (HUNTERDON)–The New Jersey State Police Public Information Unit said that Troopers responded to a medical assist for sky diving incident at Alexandria Field Airport, 70 Airport Road, Alexandria Twp., Hunterdon County around 2:15 p.m., yesterday. Upon arrival of the troopers the male victim Brandon M. Jackson a 37-year-old male of Troy, Michigan was deceased. There is no additional information available at the moment.
LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ (OCEAN)–Trooper II Charles Marchan from the NJ State Police Public Information Unit told MidJersey.News that Troopers responded to a motor vehicle crash at approximately 9:23 p.m. on the Garden State Parkway south at milepost 59.3, Little Egg Harbor Twp., Ocean County.
Based on a preliminary investigation Michelle L. Ross, a 50-year-old female of Asheville, North Carolina was operating a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander on the Garden State Parkway South. Cortney L. Downey a 32-year-old female of Northfield, NJ was operating a Toyota Corolla on the Garden State Parkway South. In the area of milepost 59.3, an opposite direction head on collision occurred between the Mitsubishi and the Toyota. After impact, the Mitsubishi overturned. Both drivers sustained fatal injuries. The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available at the moment.
WEST WINDSOR, NJ (MERCER)—Police say, at 3:17 p.m. on Old Trenton Road near Colt Circle Roberto Antonio Ajiataz of Trenton, NJ was driving a 2015 Ram Promaster van crossed the center line into the on-coming lane and crashed head-on into a 2008 Ford F-250 driven by a Hamilton resident.
The Communications Center dispatched patrol and traffic units to Old Trenton Road and Colt Circle for a motor vehicle crash with multiple injuries. Upon arrival both vehicles had sustained heavy front end damage. The passenger of 2015 Ram Promaster van, from Hamilton, had been injured and entrapped inside. West Windsor Fire and Emergency Services were on scene tending to them and extricated the passenger. The driver of a 2008 Ford F-250, from Trenton, was outside of his vehicle with injuries to various locations. Roberto Antonio Ajiataz and his passenger were transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, Fuld Campus and the driver of the F-250 was transported to Robert Wood Johnson, Hamilton.
Police determined that Roberto Antonio Ajiataz crossed the center line into the on-coming lane and crashed head-on into the Ford F-250. Ajiataz was found to be impaired and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DWI) and two (2) counts of Vehicular Assault.

All parties sustained serious non-life threatening injuries. The roadway was closed for approximately (3) hours.
Responding to the call were, West Windsor Police Department, West Windsor Division of Fire and Emergency Services, Princeton Junction Fire Company Station 44, West Windsor Fire Company Station 43, Mercer County Fire Police, Capital Health Paramedics, Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office Serious Collision Response Team, and Robbinsville EMS.
All suspects/arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
