TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–City of Trenton, Public Information Officer, Timothy J. Carroll told MidJersey.news that a shooting was reported at 9:53 p.m. in the 100 Block of South Logan Avenue. When Trenton Police arrived, they found a male shot in the abdomen. The male victim was by his vehicle when an unknown black male walked up and shot the victim as a part of a robbery, the suspect fled the scene. There is no other information at this time on the suspect. The victim was transported to the hospital by Trenton EMS and Captial Health Paramedics and reported in stable condition after surgery. The Trenton Shooting Response Team responded and is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Trenton Police Department.
