Trenton Firefighters Extinguish Rubbish Fire In Vacant Commercial Building

TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–Trenton Firefighters were alerted about 7:55 p.m. Easter Sunday (April 10) after multiple 911 calls were received reporting heavy smoke coming from the building at 650 South Clinton Ave. Engines 3, 7, 10, 1, Ladders 2 and 4, and Rescue 1 responded. After making entry initial reports from attack crews were for rubbish burning on the second floor. The fire was quickly extinguished.
