TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–A spokesperson for the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office told MidJersey.News that at approximately 4:11 a.m. on April 16, 2023, Trenton Police Department was alerted by ShotSpotter of multiple rounds fired in the area of Phillips and New York Avenues. Four victims were in a white Honda SUV when they were fired upon. One occupant of the Honda was shot in the arm, another was shot in the head. They are both currently at Capital Health.
