East Windsor Welcomes Two New Police Officers

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP. Mayor Janice S. Mironov administered oaths of office to new Police officer Zakary Fritz and Vincent Ceres, at a recent ceremony.

Mayor Mironov stated, “This is an exciting evening for East Windsor Township and our Police Department. We congratulate and welcome the two new police officers to our department.”

Police Officer Zakary Fritz, graduated from the Ocean County Police Academy in June 2023. Prior to joining the East Windsor Police Department, Officer Fritz was a Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer with the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department.

Police Officer Vincent Ceres, graduated from the Monmouth County Police Academy in March 2023 and prior to joining the East Windsor Police Department, Officer Ceres was a Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer with the Deal Police Department.

Both officers will be assigned to Unform Service Platoon.
